Booking and Payment Terms
To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking amount must be paid upon booking confirmation. Your booking is not secured until the deposit amount is paid. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days before the scheduled booking date.
Discounts and special offers may be available at certain times. Taps on Two reserves the right to modify or withdraw any discounts or special offers at its discretion and without prior notice. Please note that certain discounts and special offers may be subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be outlined on this page.
Bartender Hire Policy
The Taps on Two Mobile Bar must be hired with a bartender. The first 4 hours of bartender service are included in the base hire price. Service beyond the initial 4 hours is charged at $60.00 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments. An estimated event duration must be provided at the time of booking. This estimate will be reflected on the booking invoice. If the event exceeds the estimated duration, additional time will be charged to the customer’s credit card, including any applicable fees.
Cancellation and Postponement Policy
If you cancel your booking within 6 months of the event date, the deposit and any additional fees incurred will not be refunded. If the cancellation occurs more than 6 months before the event, the deposit may be refunded, but this will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

If you wish to postpone your booking, this can be arranged by emailing info@tapsontwo.com.au. Postponement requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will only be considered within 12 months of the original event date. Postponement of new dates will be subject to Taps on Two’s availability and schedule.
Credit Card Information Policy
At the time of signing the contract agreement, the hirer is required to provide valid credit card information via the provided credit card information form. Taps on Two will only accept credit card details in the hirer’s name. This is a mandatory requirement to confirm your booking, and Taps on Two reserves the right to refuse the hire of any plant or additional services if the required credit card information is not provided.
The credit card information provided will serve as a bond for the hire. The hirer acknowledges that their credit card details will be securely stored on file and authorizes the owner to charge any applicable fees arising from damage or misuse of the hired equipment to the nominated credit card. Charges will be made in accordance with the agreed terms, and the hirer will be notified in writing prior to any charges being applied.
Access Requirements
Clear, flat access is required for the installation and setup of the Taps on Two facility. The access must be at least 3m high and 3.5m wide, and the location must be on level, flat ground.
If, upon delivery, clear access is not available and/or the site is not on level ground, a non-refundable delivery charge of $150.00 will apply. Redelivery will not be scheduled until a new, suitable location is provided by the hirer.
Transportation Policy
All advertised pricing provided by Taps on Two applies exclusively to hire services within the Hervey Bay region, as defined by postcode 4655.
For hire requests outside this designated area, additional transportation fees may be incurred. Such fees will be calculated based on the specific event location and associated travel requirements.
Any applicable transportation charges will be communicated to the hirer in writing prior to the confirmation of the booking.
Hirer Responsibilities and Liability
By proceeding with the booking of the Taps on Two facility, you (the hirer) acknowledge that you are using the plant/equipment at your own risk and are responsible for determining its suitability for your intended purpose.
You agree to:
Use the plant in a skilful and proper manner, only for the purpose and within the capacity for which it was designed.
At your own expense, keep the plant clean, well-maintained, and in good working order and condition throughout the hire period.
Properly and thoroughly clean the facility upon completion of the hire. If the facility is not returned in a clean condition, a $50.00 cleaning fee may apply (cleaning of draught lines is excluded).
Take full responsibility for the safe keeping of the facility during the hire period and indemnify the owner against any loss or damage, however caused and by whomever.
Indemnify the owner against all claims for injury to persons or damage to property arising from the use of the plant/facility during the hire period, regardless of who is operating or in possession of the facility.
You must not:
Sell, hire, lease, or otherwise part with possession of the plant, nor assign the benefit of this hire agreement.
Remove the plant from its delivered location without written permission from Taps on Two.
Alter, modify, or tamper with the plant in any way.
Loss, Damage, and Liability
The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to the plant while it is on hire. The hirer agrees to pay for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses incurred by the owner that are not recoverable under the insurance policy in effect at the commencement of the hire.
The hirer acknowledges responsibility for all risks not covered by insurance, including but not limited to:
Theft of the plant
Damage caused by misuse or use in breach of statutory rules or regulations
Overloading or underloading of electric current
Contact with corrosive substances
Damage resulting from negligence by the hirer or any other person while the plant is under the hirer’s control
Conversion of the plant for unauthorised personal use
In the event the hirer suffers any loss or damage due to the plant being inoperable, the owner’s liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the plant. The owner will not be liable for any economic or consequential loss or damage of any kind.
Barman’s Bundle – Responsible Service of Alcohol
If booking the Barman’s Bundle option, you (the hirer) acknowledge and agree that the bartender will operate in accordance with the provisions of the Liquor Act 1992 (Qld) and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) standards.
The bartender will not serve alcohol to any person under the age of 18. The bartender reserves the right to request and verify valid identification to confirm the age of any individual prior to serving alcohol.
The bartender reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who, in their professional assessment, is unduly intoxicated, aggressive, belligerent, or poses a danger to themselves or others.
Should the bartender feel unsafe or threatened at any time due to the behaviour or actions of any individuals at the function, the bartender may contact the owner and terminate the hire agreement. In such cases, the hirer will not be entitled to any refund.
Termination of Hire Agreement
Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to the owner, and regardless of any hire period specified, Taps on Two reserves the right to terminate the hire agreement at any time by giving the hirer one (1) day’s notice. Immediate termination without notice may occur if the hirer commits a serious breach of the hire agreement.
Upon termination, the owner is entitled to take possession of the plant. For this purpose, the hirer irrevocably appoints the owner (or its agent) as its attorney and authorises entry onto any land or premises owned or controlled by the hirer to recover the plant. The hirer agrees to pay for, and indemnifies the owner against, any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses incurred as a result of repossession.
Eligibility to Hire
The plant/facility can only be hired by an individual who is over the age of 18 and is either the legal owner or current tenant of the premises where the plant is to be delivered.
Right to Refuse Hire
The owner of Taps on Two reserves the right to refuse hire of the plant/facility to any person at their sole discretion and is under no obligation to provide a reason.
Promotions
Receive a 20% discount on full-price packages booked and deposit paid between 07/07/2025 and 07/08/2025. Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions. Packages must be used within 12 months of the booking date. Only one booking per person at the discounted rate, subsequent booking will be booked at the standard price. Standard terms and conditions apply. Taps on Two reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time.
Acknowledgement of Terms
By proceeding with a booking and making payment, you (the hirer) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the full Terms and Conditions outlined on this page.
You also acknowledge that you will be required to sign a formal Hirer Agreement Contract prior to the setup of the plant/facility.
